RCCD Parking Information
If you choose to bring a car and park on campus, a valid UCR parking permit is required and must be associated with your vehicle license plate at all times on the UC Riverside campus. Due to limited parking availability, parking permits for RCCD students residing at North District 2 will be issued through a lottery system.

Refunds are prorated and will depend on the unused portion of the permit. A $15 return fee will be assessed.

Scooter and Bicycle Registration
UCR Transportation Services (TAPS) provides an internal scooter and bicycle registry system for all faculty, staff, and enrolled students. Registration is provided at no cost. We strongly recommend registering any scooters or bicycles brought onto campus. This helps identify your property if it’s lost, stolen, recovered, or impounded.
