Introduction
The Campus Parking Advisory Committee is advisory to the Chancellor through
the Vice Chancellor for Administration. The Committee is comprised of four
faculty, four staff, two undergraduate students, and two graduate students.
Each representative serves a two-year term. Terms are staggered every two
years to provide continuity to the process. The Director of Transportation
and Parking Services serves as resource support to the Committee.
Committee representatives are selected through a committee process specific
to the Academic Senate, Staff Assembly and the ASUCR and GSA governing boards.
The Committee makes recommendations on major policy and long-term planning.
Day-to-day operational issues are the responsibility of department management.
Committee meetings are scheduled once each quarter (Fall, Winter, Spring).
